A quest for a better nachos and wings led Ernie thatcher (aka Dad) helped this family open one cool place. Tired of the same old fast food options and disappointed with the "gourmet" burger restaurants, Bill, Carmen (husband and wife with tiffany decided to make there own gourmet burger and make it truly amazing
After experimenting with a blend of different ground beefs, Mark was finally satisfied with his unique blend of sirloin,, Ribeye, ans chuck to make the best burger ever. But, not to leave out his vegetarian friends, Mark was sure to include plenty of vegetarian options on his menu.
After teaming up with Chef Bradley Grosh in 2007, the two perfected the menu and experienced great success with Eksgrill. Now, the pair is looking to open another location in the far West Valley. Look out for it in August 2013!

We're located in the heart of old town. Centrally located, you can easily get to us from any area in the valley. Here's a map, but if you get lost, just give us a call and we'll tell you how to get here.
Our dining is on a first come, first served basis. However, we do take reservations and they are recommended, if you have a large party, are planning an event, or need catering services, drop us a line and we'll hook you up.
